Position Summary
HT Window Fashions Corp. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and support continued business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee both the internal sales team and the external network of independent sales representatives, manage key customer relationships, and partner with executive leadership on product development and market expansion initiatives.
This position is based on-site at our City of Industry, California office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the internal sales team and external independent sales representatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts and strategic partners
Collaborate with executive leadership on new product development and expansion into new markets
Deliver timely sales performance reporting and business updates to the Chief Executive Officer, while coordinating across international time zones and working with leadership based in Asia
Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets
Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making
Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and other business development events, including domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of sales management or sales leadership experience
Window coverings industry experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Experience with CRM systems preferred
