Measure & Install Pro

Responsibilities:

• Measure window treatments and window sizes accurately.
• Install various types of motorized window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, valances, and draperies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all job-related waste is properly disposed of post-installation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing motorized shades and other window treatments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and equipment, perform overhead work, and climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate mobile and web-based applications.
• Must provide your own insurance policy.
